Prematecnica – Flaring Systems

logo

Recently added to our portfolio Prematecnica ; a designer and manufacturer of a wide variety of equipment for the environment protection, energy efficiency and safety. They offer turn-key solutions like elevated and ground flares, horizontal and vertical incinerators with and without energy recovery.

FLARES

Elevated (large discharges of wide range gas releases with visible flame and radiation impact) sonic and subsonic air/steam assisted or non assisted, ground (emergency gas release, with reduced luminosity radiation) multipoint staged and enclosed burner with or without temperature control, burn pits (emergency discharge of gas-liquid mixtures) and special; ancillary equipment and complete biogas treatment systems.

2 INCINERATORS

Incineration with controlled combustion of fluids (gas/liquid) with adequate residence time to ensure pollutants removal. Prematecnica can build them with horizontal forced/induced draft, with vertical forced/natural draft and with/without ancillary equipment (energy recovery, DeNOx, etc.).

DeNOx SYSTEMS

By adding an ammonia/urea solution to the combustion gases,  NOx are converted to N2+H2O. If this injection is done at high temperature then a Selective Non Catalityc Reduction system (SNCR) is used. If more restrictive level is required, it may be necessary to operate in a reactor with lower temperature catalyst thus allowing to increase the conversion efficiency, Selective Catalytic Reduction (SCR).

4 VAPOR TREATMENT SYSTEMS (VTS)

Vapor combustion systems in which the gases to be treated present explosive concentrations: gas-air mixtures between LEL-UEL. Typical applications: vapors combustion, degassing of tankers, storage tanks, etc. Depending on the risk frequency they classified as Zone 0 or Zone 1. Systems designed ATEX Zone 0 includes 3 independent protection devices.

VAPOR RECOVERY UNIT (VRU)

For hydrocarbon vapors, recovery units based in Pressure Swing Adsorption (PSA) technology with two activated carbon bed vessels, alternating on a 15 minutes time cycles
